Some are larger steps that require a conscious effort to act.
Write a letter to your future self and seal it. Write down a date on your calendar to open it in 1 to 5 years from now. Then, start working to become the person you want to open that letter with. Set a goal and take 30 days to achieve it.
Your goal may be to stick with a new habit or develop a new hobby. I can write list articles with 10, 25, 42 or even 1000 ways to improve yourself, but if you don't intend to commit to your personal growth, it doesn't matter what you write.
